Delivery

Orders leave the atelier within two working days, packed by hand in recyclable materials.

• France: 2 to 3 working days, free over €80
• European Union: 3 to 5 working days
• Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days

Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Try the complimentary 2 ml sample first, and if the perfume is not for you, send back the sealed bottle and we will refund it in full.

Damaged parcels

If anything arrives broken, write to the atelier with a photo and we will send a replacement the same day.
